Tube Welding Plant (ERW Tubes)<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Kalibre Boru has an extensive knowledge on material science and able to produce welded precision steel tubes from 1 mm to 8 mm wall thickness with a wide range of steel grades ensuring highly precise tolerances according to the technical drawings and specifications of its customers.<\/p>\n

Cold Drawing Plant<\/strong><\/h3>\n

With profound experience in cold drawing Kalibre Boru provides the highest service in terms of quality and lead-time for both welded and seamless cold drawn tubes which are produced with integrated production machines.<\/p>\n

Kalibre Boru guarantees high precision, perfect surface quality, controlled hardness and mechanical characteristics in cold drawn tubes. The plant has automated cold drawing lines, atmosphere controlled heat treatment furnace, Eddy Current and Ultrasonic test machines according to EN norms.<\/p>\n

Cutting Facility<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Kalibre Boru is able to produce further processed tubular components in its own facilities.<\/p>\n

Tubes are cut into requested lengths with tight tolerances according to customer specifications.<\/p>\n

Further processes are applied according to customer needs including laser cutting, punching, CNC processing, bending and painting.<\/p>\n

Statistical process controls, measurement techniques, mistake proofing and various control methods are applied at each level of production. These controls provide continuity and high performance to meet requirements of automotive sector.<\/p>\n

Automotive Plant<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Tubes are produced in fully automated cold drawing lines from surface preparation to packaging in accordance with industry 4.0 criteria. The aim of the process is to give products with precise tolerances that fully meet customer demands and international norms.
